Responsibilities
Supervise dogs during playtime, ensuring safe interactions and positive behavior
Monitor dogs for signs of stress or discomfort and respond promptly to maintain a calm environment
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the daycare facility to ensure a hygienic space for all pets
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their dogs’ activities and well-being
Assist with loading and unloading dogs, including heavy lifting when necessary to ensure safety and comfort




Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries among dogs and staff
Support team members in daily tasks to maintain an organized, lively, and welcoming atmosphere

Skills
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners
Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting tasks safely throughout the day
Passion for animals with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters trust and comfort among dogs and clients
Ability to remain attentive, patient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of dog behavior and safety procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided
