Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or manual washing methods.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep (chopping vegetables, peeling ingredients, preparing garnishes).
Ensure dishwashing and prep stations are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
Sweep, mop, and maintain general kitchen cleanliness, including garbage disposal.
Support line cooks and kitchen managers as needed during peak service hours.





Requirements:
Strong work ethic and dependability.
Ability to work well in a quick-paced, high-energy team setting.
Willingness to learn kitchen operations and execute tasks efficiently.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
