Allan Dale RVs & Trailers is looking for YOU!

If you have experience in carpentry, renovations, electrical, plumbing, mechanical work—or you’re simply the person everyone calls when something needs fixing—we want to talk to you!

This is not your typical repetitive shop job. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the chance to work on RVs, cargo trailers, and utility trailers while learning new skills along the way.

What You'll Be Doing
RV & trailer repairs and maintenance
Carpentry and renovation work
Electrical, plumbing & mechanical troubleshooting
Installing accessories
Pre-delivery inspections
Bearing repacks
Sheet-metal repairs and Welding Duties
Working with trailer systems including water, propane, appliances and electrical
Operating shop equipment
Keeping the shop organized and secure

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone who is:
Hands-on and mechanically inclined
A great problem solver




Proud of their workmanship
Comfortable learning new things
Reliable and willing to pitch in
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Welding and sheet-metal experience is an asset.

Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs.
