We are looking for a permanent, Part time Procurement & Safety Administrator to join our team. This position is between 28 to 32 hours per week, during business hours in Blackfalds. A specific schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing new products/supplies for product manufacturing & operations
Communicate with suppliers, logistics companies & internal departments
Review pricing and market analysis
Analyze inventory & ensure timely aquisition of goods and services
Maintain & build relationsips with suppliers
Maintain current documentation to support Safety Coordinator

Requirements:




Experience working in QuickBooks is an asset
Knowledge or experience in Safety is an asset
Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technological proficiency
Thorough understanding of procurement principles, practices, and procedures
Leadership, Interpersonal and Collaborative Abilities
Excellent Written, Verbal and Listening Skills

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
