About Crew Training

Crew Training is a high energy, coach led fitness studio in Medicine Hat offering intentional programming, expert coaching and a supportive community. Our goal is to help people become stronger, fitter and more confident while creating an environment where everyone feels like they belong.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at Crew Training, you'll be the face of our studio, welcoming members and helping grow our community through energetic and effective sales interactions. You'll introduce prospective members to the Crew experience and help them find the right membership for their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Engage and convert prospective members through phone calls, texts, tours, events and outreach
Follow up with leads, trials and prospective members
Drive sales of memberships and packages through confident and genuine conversations
Provide an exceptional studio experience through friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming studio
Complete regular cleaning and tidying of the studio, equipment and front desk areas
Support front desk operations, including booking and checking in members




Promote Crew challenges, events and community initiatives
Help develop local partnerships and community outreach opportunities

What We're Looking For
Outgoing, energetic and people oriented personality
Passion for health, fitness and helping others
Customer service and sale experience is an asset
Comfortable communicating by phone, email and in person
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills and confidence in a fast paced setting
Team player with a drive to exceed goals and help others succeed
