We are in search of a Guest Service Agent!

This a part time position with opportunity for full time hours.

JOB OVERVIEW: The Guest Service Agent greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, expected to meet the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre high standards of quality and service.

REPORTS TO: Guest Service Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greet guests & provide a warm welcome.
Be involved in every aspect of our Guest’s experience from check in/out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
Create a memorable arrival and departure experience.
Personalize service, anticipating our guests needs.
Respond to internal and external guest requests by email, phone and fax.
Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Customer Centric approach




Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to think independently, possess good judgment, proven problem-solving skills and effective decision-making skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Solid multi-tasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
