Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support employees at the client site in Mississauga.

This is an entry-level management role requiring strong people management, administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.
Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates.
Monitor workflow, staffing, attendance, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
Handle administrative tasks related to site operations and employee management.




Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client, warehouse employees, and internal management.

Qualifications
Previous experience in supervision, warehouse operations, retail, logistics, customer service, or administration is an asset.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Experience with KPI reporting and performance management is an asset.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Comfortable using email and attaching documents electronically.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working on-site Tuesday–Thursday at the Mississauga location.
Must be versatile to work from the Mississauga office or another site on Monday and Friday.
