Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas to uphold food safety standards
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and serving guests efficiently
Manage cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and receipts
Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, storage,



and sanitation to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements
Previous barista experience or knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred
Food service experience in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for transaction processing
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
