Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves helping non-native English speakers improve their language skills through engaging and effective instruction. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults, tutoring, and classroom experience, along with a strong command of English. Duties
Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to students’ proficiency levels
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation
Assess students’ language skills regularly and provide constructive feedback
Incorporate various teaching methods and educational resources to enhance learning outcomes
Support students in improving their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance




Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve instructional strategies
Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of learners from different backgrounds

Skills
Proven experience working with adults in an educational setting
Strong ability to motivate and engage students
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Effective teaching skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Classroom experience is highly desirable, especially in ESL or language instruction
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse student populations
Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple classes or groups simultaneously
