Frontline Machinery is a fast‑growing, family‑owned heavy equipment dealership supporting customers across BC to Ontario, including the Yukon and NWT. We specialize in aggregate crushing & screening, wood grinding, and waste shredding.

We’re looking for a Heavy‑Duty Equipment Mechanic who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of uptime, safety, and doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do
Service, diagnose, repair, and maintain crushers, screeners, conveyors, shredders, and related equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electric‑over‑hydraulic systems
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Accurately document work completed using electronic work orders
Work safely and efficiently with a strong sense of urgency
Support both customer‑owned and Frontline‑owned equipment
Work indoors and outdoors; occasional weekend work required

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Heavy‑Duty Equipment Technician, Journeyman, Apprentice, or equivalent trade designation
3+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience (aggregate equipment is a robust asset)
Experience with hydraulics, welding,



and electrical diagnostics
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the physical demands of the trade
Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for service documentation
Team‑first mindset, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
Honest, dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn recent equipment and technologies
