We are seeking a motivated and reliable Roofer/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using various hand tools and equipment
Prepare work sites by cleaning, measuring, and setting up scaffolding or ladders safely
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and insulation to support roofing tasks
Apply caulking or sealants to ensure watertight finishes on roofs and related structures
Support carpentry tasks including framing or trimming as needed for roofing projects




Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly

Requirements
Prior experience with construction or roofing projects is highly desirable
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and measuring devices
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Basic carpentry skills or handyman experience are a plus
Knowledge of caulking techniques for waterproofing applications
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
