Overview

Join our agile construction team as a Mainline Hoe Operator and be at the forefront of vital infrastructure projects! In this role, you will operate heavy-duty equipment to excavate, grade, and prepare construction sites for piping, and other mainline installations. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting prospect to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to large-scale development initiatives that shape communities.

Responsibilities
Operate mainline hoes (excavators) with precision to dig trenches, and utility lines according to project specifications
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
Collaborate with pipe layer and crew members to execute construction plans effectively and efficiently
Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)



and adherence to OH&S; standards

Qualifications
Proven experience mainlining water & sewer
Mechanical knowledge sufficient for routine troubleshooting and minor repairs of machinery
Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and best practices
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment or materials between sites
Prior construction experience demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to work tasks

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
