General Labourer / Production Assembler

Location: Calgary Area | Pay: $22.50–$25.50/hour | Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Contract | Start Date: Early September 2026

IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring multiple General Labourers / Production Assemblers for a large-scale manufacturing project in the Calgary area. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady full time work, hands-on training, and long-term manufacturing experience.

Available Shifts & Pay:

Day Shift 6:00 AM–2:00 PM — $22.50/hour

Afternoon Shift 2:00 PM–10:00 PM — $23.50/hour

Night Shift 10:00 PM–6:00 AM — $25.50/hour.

High demand for Night Shift candidates.

What You’ll Do:
Work on a production/assembly line assembling large commercial products
Measure, position, and fasten components using screws, rivets, and other hardware
Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, screwdrivers, hammers, and measuring tapes
Read measuring tapes accurately and follow work instructions
Lift and move materials, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, punctual candidates comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting




Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete hands-on training
Comfortable using or learning basic hand and power tools
Able to meet the physical requirements of an assembly/general labour role
Reliable transportation required — worksite is not accessible by public transit
Must provide approved 6-inch steel-toed safety boots
Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to complete required pre-employment screening

Training Provided: Selected candidates will complete structured orientation, workplace safety training, hands-on tool training, assembly procedures, learning modules, and a practical skills assessment before starting.
