Responsibilities
Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements with precision and efficiency
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety
Conduct basic inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns
Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate




Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment

Skills
Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job
Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance standards and safety regulations
