Experienced Carpenter – High-End Residential Construction

We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Carpenter to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality residential construction and renovations, and we’re looking for someone who takes the same level of pride in their workmanship.

The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing to a professional and productive team setting.

Skills & Responsibilities Include:
Building envelope and flashing
Formwork
Structural and residential framing
Interior carpentry
Cabinet installation
Exterior wood finishing
Interior wood finishing
Wood window and door trims
Wood beveled siding
High-end finishing and detailed carpentry
General construction and renovation work
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site




Completing work to a consistently high standard

What We’re Looking For:
Proven carpentry experience
Robust attention to detail
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to read plans and understand construction details
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Professional attitude and solid work ethic
Pride in producing high-quality workmanship

Experience working with and helping develop apprentices is not a requirement, but a willingness to share knowledge and help apprentices grow is highly valued.
