Duties
Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and forklift equipment when necessary
Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including receipts, delivery logs, and customer signatures
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly




Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee optimal performance and safety
Assist in warehouse activities such as moving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for delivery
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions professionally and ensuring a positive delivery experience

Qualifications
Valid license: Hold a valid provincial driver's license (like an Ontario G license) with a clean driving record.
Age minimum: Be at least 21years old, depending on the specific Delivery Service Partner (DSP) policy.
Physical stamina: Ability to get in and out of a van frequently and lift heavy boxes throughout a shift.
Smartphone: Use a mobile device for scanning packages and following route maps.
