Protrans Personnel Services is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representataive for a leading transportation company located in Dorval, Quebec. This is an excellent chance for a customer-focused professional with experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

Location: Dorval, QC (Near Montreal Airport)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $21.53/hour (Weekly pay deposited directly into your bank account)

Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma required
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
Must have access to a reliable vehicle for commuting
Previous experience in a transportation or logistics company is required
Minimum 1 year of transportation industry experience
Experience using AS400 software is required
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills




Ability to work efficiently with both internal and external customers
Knowledge of telephone systems
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
Call center experience in a quick-paced workplace is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities
Enter transportation loads accurately into the system
Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and operations teams
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers
Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AS400 system
Support daily transportation and logistics operations as required
