Greet and assist customers in a skilled, friendly, and helpful manner.
Process domestic and international shipments using UPS systems.
Handle package drop-offs, Amazon returns, and tracking inquiries.
Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) equipment accurately.
Provide printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and other document services.
Take passport and identification photos for all required types and specifications.
Package items safely and securely for shipping using proper materials and techniques.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions and inquiries.
Promote store products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain inventory and keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines.
Training will be provided.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
