Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications
Six months to one year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centre experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
