Charlotte Jewelers is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in Peterborough, Ontario.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers find the perfect piece for themselves or someone special. You’ll provide exceptional service, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to a welcoming and professional retail environment.

Responsibilities
Provide warm, personalized service to every customer
Learn and confidently communicate product features, materials, and care instructions
Process sales and payments accurately
Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-presented showroom
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and general store duties
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
Follow company procedures for security, inventory, and customer service

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer-service experience is an asset
Jewellery or luxury retail experience is an asset, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable personality




Solid attention to detail
Comfortable working with customers and handling sales transactions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn about jewellery and develop product knowledge

Schedule

This is a part-time position. Flexibility is required, including availability for weekends, and holiday periods.
