Duties
Greet clients warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using our booking system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
Assist with retail product sales by providing information and recommendations
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not required
