Position Summary

As a Farm Laborer, you’ll be part of a hands-on team helping and working closely with supervisors and other team members in the field, with attention to detail and safety.

Main Duties
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols always
General farm duties

What We’re Looking For
Hard-working, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather
Team player with good communication and attitude




Able to lift to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Valid driver’s license or experience in farm works an asset
1 to 2 years of experience with bees, crops, or agriculture preferred, but training provided
