Picard Peanuts is looking for a reliable, energetic, and computer-savvy individual to join our team as an Online Order Fulfillment Associate.

This position will begin as a casual role and transition into a seasonal position as we enter our busy Christmas season. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their online orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a rapid-paced, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and fulfill online customer orders accurately
Use computer systems to locate, process, and track orders
Print and prepare order paperwork and shipping labels
Select and package products according to customer orders
Ensure orders are packed securely and accurately
Prepare completed orders for shipping and pickup
Assist with organizing and stocking inventory
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Help with general warehouse and fulfillment duties as required




Work efficiently to meet daily order deadlines
Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

Requirements

The successful candidate must:
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Be computer savvy and comfortable learning new computer programs and systems
Be comfortable working at a fast pace
Have robust attention to detail and accuracy
Be reliable and punctual
Be able to stand and remain active for extended periods
Be comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Have valuable organizational and time-management skills
Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Have a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, e-commerce, shipping/receiving, or computer experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
