Duties
Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with precision, passion, and attention to detail
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
Manage food preparation processes efficiently, coordinating with team members to meet service demands
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Lead team management efforts by mentoring staff, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work environment
Maintain restaurant operations by organizing schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth workflow




Support food service activities such as bartending and serving when needed to enhance guest experience

Skills
Proven supervising experience in a rapid-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
Excellent team management and leadership abilities to motivate staff and coordinate kitchen activities
Extensive restaurant management experience with a focus on Italian cuisine preferred
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
Experience in food service roles including bartending and serving to support overall restaurant operations
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management
