Duties
Greet clients warmly and assist with their needs at the front desk
Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently
Provide professional hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Handle retail sales transactions accurately and promote product awareness




Ensure all salon areas are organized, sanitized, and ready for daily operations

Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, hair styling, or retail sales is preferred
Solid communication skills with an ability to connect with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon or similar environment
Ability to upsell products and services in a friendly, skilled manner
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience working at the front desk or in administrative roles is a plus
A positive attitude, skilled appearance, and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
