Phylax Security is hiring skilled Security Guards for a sites in Newmarket / Aurora / Richmond Hill / East Gwillimbury

This role is ideal for guards who are alert, dependable, and comfortable working independently during day / night shifts. The position involves routine patrols, incident monitoring, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible security presence
Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety risks
Write daily activity logs and incident reports
Follow site post orders and supervisor direction
De-escalate situations using communication and professionalism

Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
Valid G/G2 Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle to travel to site
Must be able to start ASAP
Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods
Professional appearance and communication

Compensation:

Rate varies based on site assignment, shift type,



and guard certification level.

Positions available for:
Full time
Part-time
Morning / Evening / Overnight / Weekends shifts
