Pinnacle International is one of Canada's leading builders of luxurious condominium residences, commercial properties and rental buildings.

We are now seeking an experienced and quick-paced Leasing Manager to lead our Commercial portfolio. This role oversees all aspects of commercial leasing and property management including pricing, lease negotiations, tenant relations, rent collection, day to day operations and driving occupancy to maximize revenue.

Requirements
10 years+ experience in industrial/commercial/warehouse leasing.




Relevant education and licensed as per BC property management guidelines.
Existing relationships with local brokerages and industrial real estate community.
Proven track record in negotiating commercial lease agreements.
Excellent knowledge of the BC and regional tenancy legislation.
