Bright Path Youth Services Inc. is a residential care provider supporting children and youth ages 6–17. We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
Provide supervision in a residential group home
Support evening and morning routines
Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans
Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies
Complete daily documentation and incident reports
Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred
Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
Ability to work overnight / weekends, and holidays
Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Transparent Broad Record Police Check
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Training & Support
In-house UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour) training provided
Paid onboarding and orientation
Ongoing supervision and support
