Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating workplace for children, while also supporting their developmental needs. Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.




Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall goals of the childcare program.

Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.
Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Solid teaching skills and the ability to engage children in educational activities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
