Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior and Senior Florist to join our team. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full time position in a quick-paced retail setting. Compensation varies based on experience. ONLY EXPERIENCED FLORIST NEED APPLY

Duties:
Design and create unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements and answering any questions they may have
Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and targets and work as a team player for wedding and events
Stay up-to-date with current floral design trends and techniques
Assist with online sales and e-commerce platforms

Experience:
Previous experience in a floral design role,



preferably in a retail setting with excellent customer service
Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
Proven ability to create visually appealing floral arrangements
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in French and English
Experience handling cash transactions and operating a POS system
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is an advantage
