Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
Disinfect surfaces regularly to ensure health and safety standards are met
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in all tasks
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the shift
