Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including tables, service stations, and dining spaces
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly,



adhering to food safety guidelines
Assist in guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
