Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our agile manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products and structures, ensuring safety, durability, and adherence to specifications. Responsibilities
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts securely and accurately.
Use plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to shape, cut, bend, and assemble metal components.
Conduct rigging operations safely when moving heavy materials or assemblies using cranes or forklifts.
Measure dimensions precisely with calipers and other measuring devices; apply basic math skills for accurate fabrication.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction activities.

Qualifications
Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG)



within manufacturing or construction settings.
Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for fabrication projects.
Ability to operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment safely.
Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting heavy materials accurately and securely.
Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
Construction experience or background in manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
Certifications in welding or machinery operation are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is encouraged.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
