Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment




Assist with plating and garnishing dishes before they are served to customers

Skills
Experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking in a restaurant or food service setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Familiarity with the food industry trends and best practices in kitchen management
Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
