Join our agile hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and departures, handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Duties
Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently
Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access to the property
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review




Support front desk operations by managing guest services, including key issuance, wake-up calls, and concierge assistance

Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with strong customer service skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping
Ability to remain energetic, professional, and courteous during overnight hours
Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is a plus
