As part of the dedicated Anti Human Trafficking team, this Youth Worker position will involve providing specialized counseling, safety planning, and ongoing emotional support.

Perform ongoing assessments and individual counseling
Implement trauma-informed care methods
Assist youth with hygiene and nightly routines
Advocate within and outside the organization
Complete essential documentation accurately Requirements:
Degree or diploma in relevant youth work
Two years experience in a residential care setting
Knowledge of youth developmental theory
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
