Venture offers an exciting prospect for a skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist with at least two years in managed services. You'll work closely with clients to design comprehensive IT strategies and enhance their system functionality. Your problem-solving abilities and proactive nature will play a key role in our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform both remote and in office tech support
Design custom network solutions based on client needs
Progressively track and resolve tech support ticketing
Maintain effective communication with clients on incidents
Collaborate with project managers on project deployment

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managed IT services
Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies like 365 & Azure
Familiarity with firewalls and routers from major vendors
Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking skills
Valid Ontario driver’s license for client in office visits
