Become a Lead Hand at BUILD IT, specializing in Interior Systems and Finishing. This position offers a energetic role in high-end commercial construction projects across Alberta. We seek a versatile Lead Hand with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience.

Proficiency in all aspects of interior systems—from metal framing to finish work—is essential. You will oversee project tasks while ensuring top-notch standards, primarily focusing on hospitality and retail sectors, all amidst various travel prospects. Key Responsibilities:
Install T-bar ceilings and metal stud structures
Conduct mudding and taping for pristine finishes
Implement flooring types and detailed carpentry
Ensure timely project delivery with Site Supervisor
Maintain a well-organized and protected job site Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in commercial fit-outs
Ability to travel with a valid Driver's License
Comprehensive understanding of safety standards
Necessary certifications including WHMIS and First Aid
