This role based in Brampton, Ontario, requires a detail-oriented individual with a background in logistics or supply chain management. The ideal candidate will possess solid problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to manage shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams, customers, and vendors will be key to resolving delivery issues and ensuring productive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage shipments efficiently
Prepare and proof export documentation
Track and monitor shipments constantly
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Negotiate with carriers for optimal rates
Requirements:
2+ years in logistics or transportation management
Degree in Business or relevant field
Fluency in Spanish required
Familiarity with logistics tracking systems
Strong negotiation and communication capabilities
