Weather Seal Windows is currently seeking a full-time Vinyl Window Assembler with experience in CNC operations along with Welding and Cleaning Vinyl frames. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, previous CNC operating and window assembly experience with manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, and will work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Do
Load and Input data into CNC vinyl cutting machine.
Load and operate 4 point Vinyl Welders.
Perform heat welding and other fabrication tasks to secure window components
Assemble window frames, sashes, and components according to specifications
Operate manufacturing equipment, saws, cutting stations, and assembly tools and vinyl heating oven.
Read and follow production orders, drawings, and work instructions
Measure and verify product dimensions for accuracy
Inspect products for quality and workmanship throughout the production process
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards




Assist with material handling and inventory movement as required

What You'll Bring
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or fabrication experience with Shapes
Prior CNC operations
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools and oven
Ability to work with a bending template machine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team workplace
Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
Ability to lift and move materials as required
