Key Responsibilities:
Generate project opportunities aligned with business plans
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
Prepare technical tenders and assess cost-saving opportunities




Present design concepts for client approval
Visit construction sites for firsthand feedback

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in ground engineering
Experience in proposal preparation and project applications
Solid technical knowledge across engineering techniques
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
