Job description:

Job Summary

The Lead Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. They will lead a team of consultants to provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their HR processes through Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of consultants in the implementation of oracle hcm cloud solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their hr requirements and provide tailored solutions using oracle hcm cloud
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of oracle hcm cloud
- Customize and configure oracle hcm cloud modules to meet client specific needs
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance postimplementation to ensure optimal system performance
- Stay updated on the latest oracle hcm cloud features and updates to provide bestinclass solutions to clients




- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of oracle hcm cloud with other systems

Skill Requirements

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in oracle hcm cloud implementation and configuration
- Proficiency in oracle cloud modules such as core hr, talent management, compensation, and benefits
- Robust understanding of hr processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and engage with clients
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex technical issues
- Certification in oracle hcm cloud implementation is preferred
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management
