Support community needs as a Warehouse Operations Laborer with the Leduc & District Food Bank. This role involves vital responsibilities in managing inventory and distribution effectively. We are in search of a dedicated Warehouse Operations Laborer to join our vibrant team.
This multifaceted position encompasses building hampers, loading and unloading donations, and conducting inventory counts. You’ll engage in a work workplace that prioritizes safety and organization. Key Responsibilities:
Build and prepare hampers for clients daily
Manage incoming and outgoing stock accurately
Sort and shelve inventory based on FIFO
Maintain a compliant and clean work area
Assist with deliveries using Food Bank vehicles Requirements:
Familiarity with food handling in a regulated setting is a plus
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for hours
Forklift credentials are advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
