Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily execution of Change Management processes
Conduct Technology Change Management meetings
Evaluate risk and completeness of Change requests
Document and enforce ITSM policies and recommendations
Present key performance metrics for change initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in relevant field required
Minimum of 5 years in IT process management
Experience with Service Now and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with ITIL practices and procedures
