The Automotive Service Advisor at Hogan Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is a Customer Service role responsible for providing excellent customer service, advice, and sales assistance to customers who have questions or concerns with their repair or service needs for their vehicles. This position reports directly to the Service Manager, and will be integral in supporting the sales team and establishing customer loyalty and satisfaction.Compensation & BenefitsThe compensation for this role is $52,,000 to $90,000 & higher based on experience per year, paid biweekly. This is a full-time, individual contributor role. Benefits include, medical & dental.ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer inquiries regarding repair, parts, and service offerings for their vehicle in a timely mannerAssisting customers with booking and checking appointmentsInspecting customer vehicles and making recommendations for needed service, repairs,
