About the Role

Our client seeks a proactive Senior Well Integrity Engineer to join their team remotely, focusing on ensuring the safety and reliability of wells across their operations in the Oil & Gas industry . This position is crucial for upholding regulatory compliance and minimizing environmental risks associated with well infrastructure. You will develop and implement well integrity management systems, conduct risk assessments, and provide expert technical guidance to field operations. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to operational safety and environmental stewardship from a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive well integrity management systems (WIMS). Conduct risk assessments and failure analyses for well components and systems. Develop and oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance programs for wells to ensure integrity. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to well integrity. Provide technical expertise and guidance on well integrity issues to engineering, operations,



and maintenance teams. Monitor well performance data and investigate any deviations or potential integrity breaches. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in well integrity, completions, or production engineering within the Oil & Gas sector. In-depth knowledge of well components, downhole tools, and failure mechanisms. Experience with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for well integrity. Proficiency in well integrity software and data analysis tools. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration. Benefits
