As the Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a welcoming wellness lounge aimed at supporting veterans and first responders. The position involves patient onboarding, appointment scheduling, and educating clients on effective cannabis use.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient onboarding and appointment logistics
Conduct follow-ups and ensure accurate patient file maintenance




Organize and coordinate social events in the wellness lounge
Work closely with clinic leads for ongoing programming
Support head office tasks when required

Requirements:
Degree or diploma from a recognized institution
Proven customer service experience in a front-line role
Previous medical or sales education experience is an asset
Knowledge of medical cannabis preferred
Solid communication and detail orientation skills
