As an Underground Mine Superintendent, you'll report to the Manager – Mining within Agnico Eagle's Mine Department.

With a focus on operational excellence, you will direct and coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and implement strategies that align with corporate goals. Your leadership will enhance workforce engagement and optimize mining productivity. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily underground operations and foster a secure culture
Plan and coordinate tasks for underground mining employees
Monitor performance and budget adherence across operations




Collaborate with departments to achieve production targets
Develop procedures to improve efficiency and ore quality Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
10 years of underground mining operations experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Deswik skills are a plus
Solid leadership and organizational capabilities
