Royal Oak Nissan is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, Part time Receptionist to join their team!

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task will allow you to excel in this role.

You will be required to:
Answer phone and route calls accordingly
Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties




Deliver faxes and mail
Provide other administrative support as required

Qualifications:
Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven proficiency with various software programs – MS Office
Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
Excellent work ethic

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 4:00PM-8:00PM and Saturdays
