In this role, youll work closely with site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, support field personnel, and ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor crews on HSE practices Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and incident investigations Maintain safety documentation and corrective action logs Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings Maintain a strong field presence (85% of time) Qualifications NCSO designation (CRSP,
